I accidentally found that Xixi Wetland opened a new hotel. I took advantage of the weekend to getaway to relax. The original booked ordinary double bed room, the housekeeper led a circle after arriving at the store, and the large suite facing the lotus pond was too attractive and decisively upgraded. The two-room suite gives enough space for a family. The rooms and living rooms are very spacious, and the outdoor large terrace overlooks the lotus pond. The package is also very good, Le Labo for toiletries, Dyson for hair dryers, and even Lululemon's yoga mats! The study room on the second floor of the hotel has a lot of books, and there are many handicrafts that children can experience, meticulous and thoughtful, suitable for parents and children. The restaurant is built next to the lake and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. The fly in the ointment is too cold now to do yoga on the terrace, I hope to find time to come back in spring.

Facilities: The bedding facilities are very good. If you don’t want to have a bad accommodation experience outside, you will not go wrong by choosing Atour. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable! The windows of the room are shared with other rooms, resulting in poor sound insulation. You can hear the conversation next door clearly in the middle of the night. If you hear the sound of moving a stool, it sounds like someone is moving something in your room. Hygiene: The sanitation is done very carefully, and there are almost no dead corners in the room. The only shortcoming is that the window glass is a bit dirty. Environment: It is a bit far from the airport and train station, and the window on the side close to the road is noisy! The air conditioner is a bit loud. Service: There are some issues with the service. I couldn't find my order information when I checked in. When I showed the screenshot of my order, I had to repeatedly emphasize whether I went to the wrong place. 😥But the order was not recorded later! There were three people in total to check me in after I gave my ID card. The first one was probably an intern who was not very experienced, so the second one came to teach him. However, when other guests asked about the products, they could throw them down to promote them right away. The third one even asked for my ID card 😂! I booked a room with breakfast, but when I checked in, I was told that the room I booked did not include breakfast. Maybe I used my points to offset the room fee, so I don’t deserve to have the premium Atour breakfast!
